Vintage hand knotted Turkish mini rug.

This little runner was hand knotted using wool and natural dyes. The berry tones mixed with blues and greens are so vibrant and beautiful. The lighter, more neutral colour in the centre is difficult to describe or capture in photos - it's slightly darker in person than it appears here. I would call it a dark cream or custard.

There is a small hole in the bottom right area (see last photo) but it's not visible when the rug is lying flat.

All of our rugs are at least 40 years old and due to their age and handmade nature, most have signs of fading, wear or even repairs. Their shape is often not perfectly uniform. This means each rug is truly one of a kind with its own unique quirks, which are not regarded as flaws but rather add to the authenticity and charm of these beautiful textiles.
