We are located in the Sunnylea area of Etobicoke, Ontario. You will be prompted to schedule a day and time for contactless pickup at checkout. Hours are Sunday through Thursday between 10am and 7pm.

The exact address as well as detailed pickup instructions will be provided via email once your order is ready. 

If the days/times above absolutely do not work for you, reach out to pickup@heartsmarket.ca after checkout. We will definitely make something work!

We currently ship throughout Canada and the contiguous United States. If you live in another country and would like to purchase a product found here, feel free to reach out to hello@heartsmarket.ca for a shipping quote.

Shipping within Canada is a $14 flat rate for all eligible items. Shipping to the US is a flat rate of $20 CDN for all eligible items. The buyer is responsible for any additional customs-related fees or duties.

Shipping is free on all orders over $150.

If you are in the GTA, we encourage you to select local pickup if possible.

The good news is tax will not be added at checkout, so the product price you see is the full price you will pay.

Certain items are pickup only as noted in the applicable listing descriptions (but we are always happy to look into a custom shipping quote if you fall in love!)

We are a very small team and package your items by hand with care. We do our best to fulfill your order within 2-3 days and will notify you once it has shipped.

Hearts Market is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Each and every item in the shop has been carefully selected. Our inventory is primarily sourced through estate sales, auctions and antique/thrift stores. All items are cleaned appropriately upon receipt and stored safely until they are ready to be shipped or picked up. 

Textiles are sourced directly from reputable vendors abroad to ensure we can offer affordable pricing. All rugs have been professionally cleaned. 

We handpick all of our products because we love them, and hope you do too! Sales are final as we do our very best to note any imperfections beyond expected wear and tear - our items had lives before we found them, and as such, perfection cannot be expected.
