View of the World from 5th Avenue

This large framed poster is based on Saul Steinberg's famous illustration of New York City made for a 1976 New Yorker cover, called 'View of the World from 9th Avenue'. The work is regarded as one of the greatest magazine covers of recent generations and is studied by art students globally. The illustration on this poster begins at 5th Avenue. It presents a view of the world with Manhattan as the centre. 

In excellent condition with some very minor signs of age, framed under glass in a lovely brushed gold frame. 

Approximately 26" x 33.5" including the frame. Ready to hang.
