Dansk 'Flamestone' Coffee Pot

This mid-century classic was designed in Denmark for Dansk by Jens Quistgaard in 1957. It has a slightly hourglass fluted shape and is a matte dark brown or grey depending on the lighting. It reminds me of the colour of black coffee (how fitting!) I just love the way the off white glazed interior contrasts with the matte exterior finish. 

In good vintage condition with no chips or cracks, just some scuffs/marks and signs of wear commensurate with age and use. There is some very subtle coffee staining on the interior at the very bottom. Stamped with the iconic '4 ducks' logo.
