Vintage hand knotted Turkish mini rug.

This little tribal rug is from southern Turkey and was hand knotted using wool, cotton and natural dyes. I just adore the unique palette! The deep marsala combined with olive green and aqua blue is so unexpected and beautiful. Colourful yet muted. A perfect way to add texture and interest to a kitchen, entry, bathroom or other small space.

All of our rugs are at least 40 years old and due to their age and handmade nature, most have signs of fading, wear or even repairs. Their shape is often not perfectly uniform. This means each rug is truly one of a kind with its own unique quirks, which are not regarded as flaws but rather add to the authenticity and charm of these beautiful textiles.
